Chemical Weathering
Chemical weathering includes the effects of molecules, and atoms. The more surface area of an object, the more chemical reactions can happen. For chemical reactions to take place in nature, there must be moisture, and heat. The chemical reactions alter the minerals by adding or removing elements. Some different reactions are oxidation, hydrolights, and acidification .
